At SummerFixed, we aim to ensure that every order reaches you in good condition and within the expected delivery timeframe. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or unusable due to damage sustained before or during delivery, you may be eligible for a refund.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number;

• Clear photographs of the damaged product;

• Clear photographs of the product packaging; and

• A video showing the damage or defect, where reasonably required to verify the issue.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour period may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to review and verify all damage claims before approving a refund. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage after delivery, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions is not eligible for a refund.

2. Delayed Delivery

A refund may be considered if an order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

Minor courier delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, failure to respond to the courier, customs delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may not qualify for a refund.

Where a delayed order qualifies for a refund, SummerFixed may require confirmation of the delivery status from the courier or delivery provider before approving the refund.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong product, personal preference, or where the customer no longer wants the product after placing an order, except where required by applicable law.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service provider. SummerFixed is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions after a refund has been successfully processed by us.

Shipping or delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the refund is approved due to an error by SummerFixed, a qualifying damaged product, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Returns

Where necessary, SummerFixed may require a product to be returned before a refund is processed.

Customers must not return a product unless return instructions have been provided by SummerFixed. The return address and instructions will be communicated directly after a claim has been reviewed.

Where the claim is approved due to a qualifying damaged or defective product, reasonable return arrangements will be communicated to the customer.

Refund Abuse and Fraudulent Claims

SummerFixed reserves the right to reject refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, refund abuse, false information, manipulated photographs or videos, or repeated suspicious claims.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify a refund request.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
